Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop or go straight to dried strains, microdose capsules or edibles. Add to cart, check out, enter shipping details and pay. You get an email confirmation right away.

Orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. A free account is faster for repeat orders: your address is saved, you can track every order, and your verified ID stays on file so you do not have to send it again.

Do I have to verify my age?

Yes. You must be 19 or older and live in Canada. We ask for a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. You can cover everything except your name and date of birth.

Once verified we delete the ID, and account holders never resend it. If age cannot be verified, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Spend $125 or more and shipping is free, the lowest free-shipping threshold in Canada. Orders under $125 have a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping & Discreetness

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship by Canada Post Xpresspost. Major centres usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days, rural areas in 3 to 5 business days. Same-day processing cut-off is 3 PM EST. Couriers do not move mail on weekends or holidays. See our shipping policy for full details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed once the order is processed. Canada Post can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan. If it has not updated after 48 hours, contact us.

Is the packaging discreet?

Every order goes out in a smell-proof, vacuum-sealed mylar bag inside a plain, unmarked package. Nothing on the outside hints at the contents. Your real name and address are required so Canada Post can deliver it.

What if my package is lost?

If a package is lost in transit through no fault of yours, reach out with your order number and we will work on a resolution. See the payment and returns policy for specifics.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer, the fastest and most reliable way to pay in Canada. Full instructions are shown at checkout and emailed. Your order is processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

Why is the e-Transfer recipient a generic email?

For privacy and to keep payments processing smoothly, e-Transfers are sent to a generic recipient address rather than one tied to the store name. This is standard practice in this industry and protects both sides. Always follow the exact payment details on your order confirmation.

Is my payment information safe?

Interac e-Transfer is handled through your own bank, so we never see or store your banking details. Account information is kept on encrypted servers and is never shared. See our privacy policy.
